NEWS OUT

After many conversations with the company, and the majority shareholder James Zimbler, this is my opinion on the direction the company is going. Integrated Energy Solutions, Inc. (OTC Markets: IENG) (www.Integrated-Energy.com), a fully integrated large and small format downstream oil marketer as well as waste oil collector, value-adding recycler and re-distributor is now current on OTC Markets website.
The company has filed there 2013 and 2014 annual filings, their 2015 March, June and September quarterlies, and are in the process of filing their 2015 annual report along with an opinion letter from their counsel as required by OTC Markets.

The company has initiated a name change from Integrated Energy Solutions Inc to Patten Energy Solutions Group Inc, and renewed it's Corporate license with Nevada.

This move is part of a plan to expand, and consolidate all operations of Patten Energy Enterprises into the Patten Energy brand, a bigger entity with a wider footprint in the Oil and waste collector industry as previous PR'd last year.

I believe after previous conversations with company management that Integrated Energy Solutions, (now Patten Energy Solutions Group Inc.) at this time has no plans on initiating a reverse stock split. It is my opinion that the company and its pps is severely undervalued, and after previous conversations with management, I believe that the company would like to see the pps appreciate to its correct valuation and a market capital that more accurately reflects the value of this company.

Integrated Energy Solutions, (now Patten Energy Solutions Group Inc) has shown revenue in excess of 4 million dollars in it's filings, but as a wholesaler, their net profit is not as high as the company would like to see. After talks with management, and viewing the past PR's, it is clear to see why Patten Energy Enterprises has spread out to include Illinois, and Indiana into it's territories of operation.

The company has applied for a Ticker Symbol change which should go into effect at any day now, and I expect to see a PR laying out what the plans for the new Patten Energy Solutions Group will be moving forward. I expect to see information on the Greenline transaction that was PR'd last year aswell.

The company currently operates out of the same address of Greenline Systems, and also shares the location with Water Integrated Treatment Sytems. Here is a commercial for Water Integrtaed Treatment Systems.

I was previously advised that the company had no plans on an r/s, and that they were seriously looking to uplist.

In an Article that dates back to 2005, Ezekiel (Zeke)Patten commented that he would like to one day own his own refinery. I believe that 10 years later, through the merger with Integrated Energy Solutions, Zeke Patten is about to finally realize that dream.
