Maybe you would, but I and I'm sure a lot of others wouldn't throw 50% of a rather large pile of money away just out of spite and carrying some sort of grudge. Not everyone is spiteful and carries grudges like that, some people are professionals and know it was just business, whatever happened there. Also there were reports that Bolduc was at the annual meeting and was quite cordial with Dr. McGann and others. With his "golden parachute" he actually made out quite well financially and actually for that reason alone there's not much reason he would be angry. He got a year and a half salary if I remember correctly among other things. He still stands to benefit from change of control too, and it is in his best interests to see the share price as high as possible. Good try though at stirring up a rumor that Bolduc is the mystery seller due to spite and out of some grudge.
