It'll be interesting to hear why these guys were chosen.

They were first Incorporated in Florida in early 2015...then that was dissolved and they were re-registered as a foreign LLC in Delaware in December 2015.

Their Facebook page says founded 2016.

Their Youtube channel has approx 400 views...

So this is a new company.

With a very limited Track record.

The principle seems to have the right background and connections.

A Walton interest may explain the relocation to Arkansas from California. Or it may simply explain the need to be near the largest retailer in the world.

The DECN relationship obviously has been in place for a few weeks...their posting on their Facebook page was dated March 31st.
