So, like I have said clearly, many times... Hub is no longer CEO of Bitzio, which is good. He IS, however, still CEO of his OWN company... which is Lexi-Luu. He is no longer serving on the BTZO Board of Directors. His capacity to call shots has lessened DRASTICALLY. He might only decide on new fabric patterns, for all I know. I'm just glad we have someone who is much more ACTIVE and has split GERS successfully, leaving shareholders with plenty of value and many, many months to actively trade... either breaking even or making a fantastic profit. Just take a peek at their one year chart.

I don't make this stuff up, if there's a question, simply ask politely. No need to rag on anyone for sharing an opinion, just because someone forgot to read the entire filing. I did, so I write about it. I even copy pasted this same filing excerpt into the IBOX on this BTZO ihub board. Please don't call me a liar. I always provide explanations and links, when available.
