I think the implied point all of us bears are making is not that management sucks at forecasts but rather those forecasts are made while management knows full well they are bullshit and there will never be an FDA approved drug.

There is no reason for management to be so full of shit all these years time and time again unless this is vehicle designed purely to enrich themselves. And it is. And it worked.

Some naive investors would make really bad poker players. Bullshit is written all over Seymour's face in every interview. And he gets worse at it with age.
