It was all out of pocket Some I made a mistake reading the form 4. The gift was a zero dollar transaction for him he gave it away and then he purchased out-of-pocket the 10,000 shares for $.88.

Both of those transactions were on the form 4. One transaction was done in December and the other just few days ago. He paid .88 on the open market and voluntarily disclose the gift .

When I used to get Dell options, we would disclose the acquisition (award) price and the market price sold. That's what I thought I saw so My mistake.
