Dwyer will never pursue this, as far as I remember there was/is a small loan around $30k that may still be due BCAP but Matt's claim is associated with a "consulting" agreement signed by Randy just days before the RM. I know Angel believes there is 0 merit to this claim.

Moffitt's shares were a company facilitated deal between prior management (Randy) and Moffitt. Angel wanted to cut ties and as far as I know, this was a 1 for 1 transaction that allowed BG to move forward without Randy. All issued shares were from prior management.

Sal's shares are a little foggy to me. I know Sal has held them for 2.5 years, BG bought back 2b, Angel has said none have been sold and the company intends to buy all back so none hit the market.

I already spoke to Angel today but next time I call, I'll ask your questions.
