gutaquest I agree with you that if synDNA finds a large market that the Company will probably get the funding it requires. I suppose I am being unkind by describing the way CYGX gets its current operating capital as "bumbling along" because they do seem to come up with the money when they need it. When I refer to Venture Capital companies, however, I am not just talking about groups of investors taking a position in our company, but rather a particular VC company that would provide funds to CYGX on a contractual basis. VC people often insist on having senior positions to common stockholders, like bonds, debentures, and prerred stock as well as having options for common stock based on company performance and company deadlines. I don't think VC funds are a good fit for CYGX at this stage. I think it best for them to peddle common stock as the need it until synDNA hits it big, and then try to get institutional investors to back the growth period. Take care.
