Confused, if it is going to .0001 or less, why not at .0004-6. Not sure myself, but some seem to be, so why not. Ah, because no one is sure is what your saying.

Little fun here cause I really don't know at this point, never really seen anything like it. If they worked out that old debt, which I think they could. Simply because note holders look pretty screwed if they don't.

Maybe it will be for a few shares for the ride up. Always put your self in someones position. If Gary and company said look were not paying you 7 million, because you get nothing if we don't do something here.

Note holders are given the choice to write off the lose. and dilute a little at the bottom here, or nothing. That could be the scary part. get the shell, but at what O/S. Remember Gary can always walk away, so note holders should play ball.
