I've been watching this for some time and am VERY familiar with the water operations and the potential. The financials, however, are a total disaster and are a grave concern both short and long term. Given that financial weakness, a good near term success in the water area could bail this thing out and give the stock some legs. With the nice share structure and low float, this thing could really run if re-capitalized prudently.. 50% it does, 50% it's belly up...stay tuned because the turning point can't be far away with finances at virtually zero...
