They would need to be some serious things working behind the scenes for this to go back to .03 which is just a giant question mark leaning towards there's not much going on. Now with all the news going around with 420 stocks recently anything could catch wind at anytime like the CS push that happened last year. It was short lived but gave this company a pulse.
