Regarding the number of PAIV oustanding: "Upon issuance of the Exchange shares following the Closing of the Merger Agreement, there will be 5,245,535,839 shares of the Registrant’s Common Stock outstanding."

PAIV board deleted my messages when I brought this up a few minutes ago. Also state of Nevada web site, if reading right looks like they changed from 25,000,000,000 authorized to 125,000,000 but some are saying it was the other way around. It would make sense that it is the other way around if the merger moved them up to 5 billion outstanding.
