Every single line? Recently founded? When did the reverse merger take place? When was the "Private Placement"?

Little or no revenue? No significant revenue?

I found the piece to be instructive, but it appears to apply to OTC penny stock scams, and not mature real companies with actual verifiable businesses and real revenue. who are in transition to new business lines.
