Green Cures & Botanical Distribution Inc. (GRCU) announces appointment of renowned entrepreneur and product developer, Michael Lajtay to its management team

LOS ANGELES, April 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Cures and Botanical Distribution Inc. (OTC: GRCU) today announced the appointment of renowned entrepreneur and beverage developer Mr. Michael Lajtay (pronounced "Lay-tay") to its management team as COO, President and lead product developer. 

Mr. Lajtay has over 30 years of experience bringing innovative branded consumer products to market ranging from GMP Certified fitness drinks, energy gels, energy strips, video games, action sports toys and even limited production American-made supercars (Vector and Lotus cars) to the global marketplace.

Mr. Lajtay will be tasked with creating the line of Jimi Hendrix branded beverages produced under an exclusive license with the Jimi Hendrix Estate, along with other key products  GRCU. Mr. Lajtay's Championship Street Luge and Downhill Skateboarding Team known as "Team Jugular" was a dominant force in the extreme sports world.  Team Jugular won numerous Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals at the X-Games on ESPN, the Gravity Games on NBC as well as the Japanese Core Extreme Games.  Mr. Lajtay also Co-Produced and designed the popular Jugular Street Luge Racing PC video game, made under an exclusive license with multi-billion dollar video game producer Activision.  Jugular Street Luge Racing appeared on the cover of GameWeek Magazine and in PC Gamer Magazine.  This product is still widely available and has been sold in Wal-Mart, Electronics Boutique, KB Toys, K-Mart and numerous other retailers worldwide.  Team Jugular was also profiled in the Disney film by Touchstone Pictures entitled, "Ultimate X" in 2002.  During this time, Jugular had as many as 18 licensees with products ranging from Zippo lighters to apparel, die cast cars and friction powered street luge racing toys.
