Oh please don't shut up Darth.... You have brought more information and opinions to this board than 10 posters have. Always appreciate your comments.

IMO this whole bankruptcy deal to me is nothing more than a way to give WeedHire some breathing room and out from under surmounting debt as a new company trying to grab a piece of the market. I'm sure they expected to have a lot higher sales revenues long before this happened but with the economy still sluggish and the MJ business still trying to figure itself what is the real core and how to go about it makes it tough for any new company to start and get a enough revs quickly to survive. Hence they got buried with debt as they grew the company as fast as they could.

For any one here to think that the company is dead is dead wrong. It was sold to AnythingIT which is a part of WDHR:

( On April 4, 2016, Assignee entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with AnythingIT, LLC (“Purchaser”), pursuant to which Assignee agreed to sell and
Purchaser agreed to purchase and assume from Assignee, the rights and obligations of Assignee to the Company’s assets as set forth in the Asset Purchase
Agreement. Purchaser also agreed to pay, perform and discharge the liabilities and obligations of the Company, which total approximately $618,918, as set forth in
the Asset Purchase Agreement.
The purchase price for the assets is $35,000 in cash, plus the assumption of the assumed liabilities as set forth in the Asset Purchase Agreement. The Asset
Purchase Agreement contains customary representations and warranties.
The transactions contemplated by the Asset Purchase Agreement closed on April 4, 2016.
The foregoing description of the Asset Purchase Agreement is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Asset Purchase Agreement)......

This move had save them money and gave them time to plan their next move. Dave has spent a hell of a lot of time and money invested to get this WeedHire up and running and I assure you he is not the type that quits and goes home. He's been quiet but as we can see by the symbol change at the OTC things are being worked on behind the scene.

To me this is one of the best Lotto play on Ihub. Super cheap to get a nice starter position and with almost a guaranteed rise in PPS at some point. This stock is a buy and put on the shelf, then go golfing type of stock. Just forget it and enjoy the rewards once David figures it out and executes the plan...... He will figure it out. He's a survivor......

Good luck to all.
