1. Price should be Tripple Zero to Low Sub Penny.
2. Low Float Under 500 Mill, A/S 1 Bill or Less.
3. Chart Oversold with Reversal in Progress.
4. Average Volume should be atleast 3 Million.
5. No large spread between the Bid/Ask.
6. No Promo plays
