Investors are taking notice of EXBX.

Remember EXBX has all of their filings up to date and they are going to the OTCBB at any day...IMO.
http://www.exoboxtech.com/index.html

EXOBOX registered its common stock with the Securities and Exchange Commission effective February 20, 2006 in a move to qualify the Company’s stock for the OTC Bulletin board (OTCBB).

EXBX has a Market Maker that has filed a form 211 at the OTCBB to be quoted on the OTCBB. Now they are on Greys, but not for any wrong doing. DD them and you will see.

EXBX will skip the pinksheets and go directly to the OTCBB. This is Great News! How many companies have you ever seen do this?

* Anyone can call the NASD OTC Compliance Unit at 240-386-5100 to confirm the Market Maker filing of 211 to go to OTCBB.

Once cleared,(could be any day) it could trade on OTCBB next day. Once on OTCBB, many new investors will come in as well as Institutional Investors..imo + I anticipate the MOMO's are taking notice now as well

*Call the TA (Cottonwood Transfer) to confirm O/S of 10.9 million at 801-266-7151.

A/S is 500,000,000
O/S is 10,917,500 as of July 15, 2006

I have been calling the TA often and there has been no increase in OS for many many months. It only went up 100,000 shares since it started trading. This is a great sign from managment..IMO.

Confirmed: A stock trading on the greys "CAN" be naked shorted, FACT!

*EXBX for now is trading on the grey market.

*EXBX is listed on the Regulation Sho list.
http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/aspx/regsho.aspx

*EXBX is compliant in its filings and has been naked shorted and this is why it is on the REG SHO list.

This could create a short squeeze like we have seen with other plays lately.

NOTE: There are some prefered shares that will convert to common, but I anticipate the float to stay very low as many of these shares are in a few safe hands according to the filings.

Here is the Website for EXBX

Also, take a look at their strategic alliances
http://www.exoboxtech.com/alliances.html

Its all in Black and White and I take what the company says very serious.

P.S. I look for the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Commerce to license Exobox's products. Their first line of products will hit the market no later than April 2007 according to the PR about OSR. Their products are revolutionary not evolutionary. Bill Gates recently stated he needs revolutionary products for his company to grow and not evolutionary. Gates said in order to be ahead of the pack, you have to product revolutionary products.

Guess what, Exobox has revolutionary products that is unrivaled :)))

Department of Homeland Security
Exobox has met with the Department of Homeland Security to review the Company's technology and the department indicated a willingness to help Exobox prove the Company's products developed from its already validated technology. ]It also pledged to help Exobox gain governmental acceptance and distribution for such products.

* Comso, Inc.

*Remember what Cosmo, Inc said about Exobox Tech above?

Now read further down about Cosmo.

FBI Awards COMSO First Task Order Under TSDP Contract
July 2004 – COMSO scored a major coup in securing its first task order award under the FBI's Technology Support and Development Project (TSDP), a $42.5 million contracting set-aside for small businesses. Task Order #1 will provide the full range of software maintenance and enhancement support services for the FBI's Financial Systems Unit (FSU) of the Information Resources Division. COMSO was joined by subcontractor Dynamic Systems Solutions, Inc. in its winning proposal, which highlighted COMSO's experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing financial and administrative applications as well as its expertise in helping customers transition systems to client/server technology with Web-based front ends and Oracle back end.

The task order, scheduled to begin August 2, 2004, could run for five years if the FBI exercises all options. COMSO will provide eleven IT professionals to support the FBI at its headquarters in downtown Washington. The team includes eight new COMSO employees who have previously supported the FBI; their addition represents a 14 percent increase in COMSO's total staff.

According to COMSO's TSDP Program Manager, Lisa Goodman, "COMSO is thrilled at this first foray into the FBI contracting environment. This award is a prime opportunity that will allow our new customer to get to know us, at the same time deepening our experience base in supporting the national intelligence community."

P.S. Exobox's unique approach to network security provides an unrivaled level of security, coupled with the addition of significant,
revolutionary features that other network security products fail to provide.

These multiple features and benefits described in the White Paper
should make SUEZ Technology the foremost network/data protection

The Enterprise Solution currently being developed for anticipated
licensing in 2006 represents the first in a line of SUEZ based
products from Exobox
