ECIG has not improved one iota in over 16 months. Not very good for long investors here (shorts and others are dong fine). Even with friendly financiers restructuring all the toxic debt, the market has not capitulated.

Not trying to be negative, but Dan can not feel good about this at all. Share price reflects market sentiment.
