Shorts selling or news coming? To much volume to ignore. I say news.
Who knows, maybe overwhelming response from investors against increasing A/S and reverse split will change there thinking of even why they considered it. After all, it's not official yet. Share holders are voting.
Maybe another bank and lending institution has agreed to give them an additional line of credit of even more money.
