From what I am told the UA stock split 2-1, so however many stocks you had in Class A stock, you should have received that many Class C stocks. The Class A stocks allow a 1 stock 1 vote for shareholders. The Class C, from what I can tell is a non-voting stock. Basically a way for those who hold majority stock to keep control of the company.
