The JVs of CVSU are NOT public companies. They are companies that CVSU has taken as JVs to provide capitalization for them, to help make them successful. It's kind of like the old adage, it takes money to make money. CVSU's/FHAL's payoff in those JVs will come from that capitalization actually making those companies successful. We have 16 of those companies that will be spinning off within 1 1/2 years. FHAL shareholders will get a divvy on each spinoff as it happens. These companies will IPO, or may also reverse merge into a public entity/shell. That is not clear to us yet, and most likely won't be clear until it happens. Just as CVSU took the quickest route to get to the NASD, or such is the plan as we know it, these companies may also take such a course of action. We really don't know.

Listening to the MP3, it sounds as though AISS will be the first company to get spun off after we are on the NASD. We, as FHAL/CVSU shareholders, will receive a share dividend in that company. That's just the first of the 16 companies currently JV'd with us that will be spun off within 1 1/2 years. According to Mr. Harris, that is not just a maybe, but rather a requirement by the JV contract that these 16 companies MUST be spun off within 1 1/2 years.

I don't expect FHAL/CVSU to remain stagnant. It will be spinning companies off, and it will continue to enter into additional JV partnerships that will also be spun off.

If you still own CVSU/FHAL shares 1 1/2 years from now, you'll still have those shares, PLUS share dividends of at least 16 other companies in your accounts.

Where does FHAL/CVSU make money? 100% of the share percentage that CVSU will receive will NOT go to the shareholders. CVSU will make most of its money off the JVs by and through its share ownership of each of these companies it spins off. I believe Mr. Harris told us the percentage that will go to the shareholders when I spoke with him. I'm going to go through the MP3 and do an outline of it today. Once that is complete, I'll put that in the IBOX.

Just a question...what benefit does the company have when they start to spin off the subs..and JVs...?? Would we no longer own them??
