You didn't earn nearly $50M last year. Being unable to distinguish between "EARN"ings and revenue is a very fundamental mistake, the kind of mistake you shouldn't be making if you are going to call someone a liar.

Look at the massive accumulated deficit you can see how much money those revenues cost you.

Abe and his team have done a good job growing their part of the company (which is basically the entire company at this point), but the way the deal was structured when they were acquired pretty much shut out normal shareholders from having a chance to really profit from it. The stock was higher a week before SUNworks was purchased than it is now.
