Well, I don't know what you consider a Buy or a Sell
but to me when the pps is sold at or below the Bid and below the Ask it is a Sell.
When it is at or near the Ask, it is a Buy
And today's trade action have all almost been at, below or near the Bid

But either way, it is just a matter of splitting hairs
what we really need is some GOOD news from STWS
so that everyone will want to BUY at a higher PPS!.
