5 options here in my humble opinion:
1) liquidate and delist
2) merge asset mgmt. into this
3) merge compass into this
4) merge frontstreet re into this
5) future use with other future endeavor
my thoughts on them:
1) I don't think makes sense.. why not use this great vehicle
2) unfortunately makes sense for them.. get the junk assets off their books and into here.. this would really suck imo
3) could be good.. delevers their balance sheet and brings value here as it's probably worth a lot more than book if/when oil recovers... also current hrg shareholders could still hold this asset under this shell while awaiting recovery
4) this is a nice asset, only reason I'd think they'd put it here is to completely get out of the insurance biz
5) nothing more to say about this one...
another way out there scenario.. which is probably unlikely.. they make this another holding type company with 2,3 and 4 in it.. spin it to current hrg shareholders...etc
