The H__ of it is, it's soon after one throws in the towel, that they move, often. Though not always. I think behavioral scientists have researched how many days the human mind can take this without cracking, and the Masters of the Universe (hereafter known as that elite tribe, the MOTU) keep prices down just that long, plus 2-3 more days. When everyone has determined, ruefully, it is dead, that's when they run it up, having acquired most of the shares on the cheap.

Today, for example, I would probably buy if I had any cash.
