I think one shouldn't understand the amount of bad blood that developed between Haddock and Frasier. I think Frasier wouldn't do deals simply because Haddock was involved.

I certainly cannot imagine trying to work with Frasier.

Filings will help us. Or Mikey might bring through a pump crew. Or maybe Frasier sells his shares or the whole shebang. Seems to me there are lots of ways this could turn out well -- though the opportunity cost has indeed been very high.
