Here is some chatter that I am hearing (or perhaps voices in my head);

A. SDOC has reached an agreement with Lenders.
B. Waiver of certain financial covenants for 18 months, as long as SDOC makes interest payment within the grace period.
C. No R/S for now.

And you may be ultimately correct that SDOC goes bankrupt, however, its not going to happen fast... If you are short, do hold your breath.

Time will tell whether which one of us needs to get some new friends - LOL!
