It was registered by United Bank for Africa Plc . The site is owned by United Bank for Africa. Registration details show that it was registered on 26 Jan 2016 through Go Daddy and will expire on 26 Jan 2017.

4th, 5 year Softare License and Agency Agreement from MYECHECK with Gateway Ltd. as Licensee. signed on Feb 18 2016 WHEREAS, this Agreement supersedes the MOU and Confidentiality Agreement. Where any conflicts exist this Agreement shall control.

MY THOUGHTS ARE, THE REASON ITS TAKEN SO LONG TO FINALIZE THIS AGREEMENT IS BECAUSE ED AND MYECHECK AND JIM FANCHER KNOW THEY HAVE THE ONLY SOLUTION FOR UNITED BANK OF AFRICAS CURRENT NEEDS, AND IM SURE THE PERCENTAGES HAVE CHANGED IN MYECs FAVOR so whats the big deal? the ink is not dry on this contract, its only 6 weeks old, and of course CENTRIC LOGIC has to present and finalize its deal with UBA, and now that CENTRIC LOGIC has the official signed legal document in there hands from MYECHECK and in my estimation MYECHECK HOLDS THE CARDS THEY HAVE THE SOFTWARE THAT UBA NEEDS FOR THEIR PARTICULAR set of problems to cover the total population of Nigeria and the rest of Africa, and yes were running on a shoestring and have are own set of problems, BUT TREMENDIOUS SALES AND GROSS PROFIT ARE ON THE WAY, THATS WHY I'AM DELIGHTED TO OWN 35,000,000 SHARES, SO PLEASE ENOUGH FROM ALL THE STUPID POSTS, I'VE GIVEN LINKS TO ALL THIS INFORMATION
