Sandridge explained multiple times that as soon as they declare their intention to sell BY filing official f4 and get their position below 5%, THEY DON'T HAVE TO REPORT ANYTHING, AND THEY CAN STRETCH THEIR SELLING AS LONG AS THEY WANT WITHOUT REPORTING. THAT IS THE FACT. AND GUESS WHAT SELLING SHARES FROM TOXIC FINANCING IS NOT REPORTED AT ALL, AS LONG AS DETAILS OF TOXIC FINANCING REPORTED AT INITIAL PLACEMENT. Nobody can justify anything any more because everybody knows that this so-called company is. Even the so-called longs now rushing to the exit because the Nelson company and lost whatever credibility they have left.
