When the 10Q comes out and if it shows that zero "cash on hand" went towards a share buy back... I believe those interested will have grounds for a class action. Proves blatant disregard for share holders. Need to get the identity of warrant holders disclosed. Bet most are friends and family.

I've never filed a complaint but once I'm out I might do it. Enough of a paper trail after 10Q to get this pile of dung haulted for an investigation.
