Cobi share structure you posted is outdated. For example, the authorized share count was increased in March 2016 from 1 billion to 1.5 billion. Here is a link showing the increase in the authorized by 500 million shares.

Long time reader here but first time poster. Thought you, and the board, might want to update the structure. You can also call the ta on the float which if I remember correctly was approaching a billion shares. This is probably why Cobi increased the authorized shares. You might want to call to get the updated numbers.
