Hope U sold the pop!Management has given up and I base this on their total lack of communicating any confidence. All they are doing in my opinion is protecting their HUGE paychecks. The CEO/CFO makes $400,000!! and the board members make $60,000 for doing ????? There are really no employees. You have a reverse split to look forward to then more dilution of shareholder value once the money runs out.....or no reverse split then delisting and a very hard and expensive time selling the shares you have left. The last thing you have to look forward to is losing the appeal which is what happens almost always. Appeals courts have a VERY HIGH standard to change a district court ruling. Basically Judge Chhabria and Grewal would have to be retards for the ruling to be changed. Judge Grewal is AN MIT GRADUATE who possesses FAR more knowledge of the patents in this case than any of the appeals court judges could ever hope to have. The appeals court judges will rely on their help and if they ever want a job in tech they will make sure to shut these patent trolls down. A loss is a foregone conclusion. Get ahead of this my friends and sell the pop!
