I'm sure many are wondering why are the miners on such an upward tear and what is causing them to do so? Almost doesn't make any difference if gold goes up goes down trades sideways the miner stocks keep rolling higher. One has to ask if a sector has poor balance sheets high debt and are generally a bad hedge then what makes them so attractive to all of a sudden melt to the top with hardly any resistance?
