ChuckBits- I'm not saying it stinks but worrying about someone who is now gone likely won't help any of us figure out what to do next. The reality is he had an employment agreement and gets his base salary for 3 years if he's let go for any reason. My guess is the company needed him to go and they allowed him to resign while keeping his golden parachute. They just wrapped it up under "consulting agreement" to pretty it up a bit. He probably won't be consulting at all if any.

I'm more concerned about the "next play" from the company. Just think dialog regarding warrant, O/S, etc., might be better then the resignation of someone who, it sounds like, nobody liked anyway. My guess is there is a fairly solid plan to get out of this mess and none of us have really figured it out yet.

But, in the end, what do I know!? No more then any of you.....sucks!
