It's possible the company simply wants more ongoing trials in place during any negotiations he might have with interested parties. Or, it may have been something started early after consulting further with Dr. Francis Farraye.

What I'm more interested in is whether or not the FDA has corresponded with the company about the protocol for the Brilacidin ph III ABSSSI. If so, this could add time to the 45 days many seem to go by. Many don't appear to realize that the 45 day time clock can restart if the FDA wants a revision. Fingers crossed we get a response from the FDA without any revision requests soon. It could be any day.

There is a lot that could be reported any day now or within the next month or two.

Not true, we have been getting updates/explanations (either PRs or SEC reports) on the events that you listed, even though they didn't work out. If B-OM isn't going well, why is Leo preparing for B-UP ahead of schedule?
