well, bascially, if you go to the Etrade buy screen andd try to buy say 3 billion shares it will tell you to "enter a valid share amount" (or something like that) ,but if you try to buy an amount that is available such as 2,145,000,000 shares, it will either proceed to the buy screen (as it did in my case) or if you dont have the funds available it will say "Insufficient funds available etc etc..."
