1. There tech department that ports numbers only works 8 hours day 5 days week... Not good for retail industry.
2. No works on Sundays. IMO great that's awesome for familys BUT not so great for business if some one is having a issue.
3. They need to speed up there customer sign up and getting numbers ported no more than 48 hours as it states in their agreement.
4. They sign up process is not user friendly.
5. Reaching out to speak with a REAL person took me 10 hours! Bad just bad that needs serious work.
I signed up last week. My number still not ported BUT they will charge you for service use.
Hit the breaks so let me get this straight..
I pay for a month. Takes week or two so far to port. And I pay for month only use two weeks of Service til renews..... Wrong just absolutely wrong that needs fixed ASAP.
I'm not sweating nor screaming scam. They will fix it.
Think it's a scam still call T-Mobile and ask them if they are partnered with nettalk they will be glad to assist you in obtaining information. :D
