Wow, what do I say!? First off, you are reading the new filing wrong. The standstill is still in effect until April 15. Nothing in the filing suggested they can start converting as of today, it simply restated their restrictions once they can convert.

Next, Spook was going to try his best to kill this stock, doesn't look like he had much success or he decided to hold on. Either way, shouldn't we use this board for constructive conversation rather then sounding like high school kids who are mad at their teachers?

As I've said many times, there is a plan here and the warrant holders want the PPS to go up as badly as we do. Let's try working through those scenarios....might actually benefit us more then talking about janitors and consulting agreements. None of that helps anyone.

Interestingly, the PPS has stayed neutral for some reason. That tells me there are bigger fish who have either decided to hold or buy enough to counter the selling. Does anyone have a hypothesis as to why this hasn't tanked today?

I should also note that I firmly believe their won't be an RS until there are at least 2 billion shares or so....and that seems a ways off right now. I also believe if I was a warrant holder I might be inclined to wait this out as I really have nothing to gain if I convert pre RS.

Thoughts?
