Who cares whether the FDA might approve Baxituximab for marketing, based on some secret plan? Even if FDA did that (which they won’t, of course), the commercial sales would be negligible.

Who in his right mind would prescribe a drug that showed no benefit when added to the control arm in the only phase-3 trial?
