I short stocks for a living. I have been doing it for 10 years, and have shorted thousands of BBs. many have done reverse mergers, symbol changes, dividends, A and B shares, you name it, all to screw shortie. In the end it all comes down to value. FHAL/CVSU has no value, its all pie in the sky. If a salesman came to your door and told you he would give you 15 dollars in 2 weeks for every dollar you gave him today, would you do it? If this company is worth 15 dollars a share, why is it trading for a buck 12? It is my opinion that this is a SCAM. But only time will tell.
