From the recent 10q it show 32 million in accumulated deficit that is most likely the golden goose that attracted Rontan because much of that is an NOL which can shield against paying taxes and using the cash for working capital

It would be great if the company put out a press release, but i doubt - it my be considered hype and the courts might not appreciate it. First we will get the 10k after changes concerning the deal.
I do think that the panic will begin prior -the MM will smell blood and move away prior to open and then the lemmings will drown and cheap shares will be available for a short time and the rebound to higher highs from friday
