This will help you as well. On the breakout board, you can see to the far right under the star category numbers that represent where the top, followed Ihubbers post. For example if you click on ASUV on the breakout board, that is showing a 1 gold star, you will see it has one person on that most followed list, that posted on that board in the last 24 hours. Thats all those stars mean.

So the reason you saw it drop from 4 to 3 is that #21, The rainmaker didnt post today, and he was the 4th star, the last couple days.

The reason you saw 3 gold stars today, is because you can see the 3 people posted on PGEI today, therefore each registering a star.

I think its the top 50 register a gold star on any board they post on, for being a "most followed member".
