Bears it was mentioned a lot when it came out but not really since. IMO this news was already know to be coming. There really is not a very good reason for volume to be spiking over this past month it just started happening so besides earnings this would have been the reason. It makes for a very interesting sector run IMO. I expected a bump in January and it happened and then another with earnings then a fall off until election time. However IMO the DEA would not put this kind of PR if it were not going to be positive. At the very least IMO they are going to say they are researching meaning they just need to wait politically. What's interesting is I think we get a nice rum up then a pullback then an another run up then pullback again ......or maybe just a sustained eight month rally....who that would be something!
