the delay was cause because of the pending 8k- that was the hold up because doc''s need to be accurate because of this pending and now released 8k.
I would like too think that management would put a press release out on Monday, but i don't think that is Sullivan's style.
The good news is that we know the news that we been waiting for for 6 months and there is plan of attack. They either complete the deal as is, complete the deal with changes, go to court or settle out of court for breach of contract. Sure it may be hard to collect assets in Brazil, but we know they assets in Florida.
You must find it strange that since the announcement of a late 10K that the stock almost doubled.
I believe in the know had the information that this deal was going to produce fireworks.
Downside will be from the panic investor's that are unable to see the potential and i believe any meaningful dip will arouse the herd. It is possible that the stock in the end is higher that friday's close.
