The only other thing I can think of ...is whether there was some condition MC agreed to with that large Chinese investor firm.

I hope this isn't true, but he could've been forced to do R/S because of a certain TIMEFRAME agreement with that company.

Let's hope that isn't the case because it would certainly bite us shareholders right in the A_ _ .
