Simple stuff...

Just so everyone knows a unit is not restricted by the claim. In fact, a unit can be anything. A box, a device, a card. Anything that is connected either wirelessly or wired to the biometrics device. Also, the "unit" is further defined in the body of the patent to include computers, PDA's, and a lot of other devices. Wireless or wired. That's what the patent says. So you really need to look at the patent to see what is claimed to further define the term unit.
