Very well said Rick! In all honestly what he said was good, gets everything out in the open, but he his personal attacks are what got deleted, and what needed to be deleted.

I have never seen a company keep a 90mill A/S since inception (9years), let alone never perform a Reverse split. This to me makes any "pump and dump" by the company seem ridiculous.

ASUV was a heavily pumped stock at back in 2013, easy to see. What you will find out though with some digging is that Harmonic signed a deal with Rene Bellinger. They also gave her 4mill shares as a consultant for the company. Rene however decided to pump for her own rewards instead of fulfilling her agreement.

Important to read is that it states a "shareholder", it does not say the company sent out these emails. Facts are that Harmonic was a startup company as you can plainly see, it did not have revenues, as most start ups dont.

The CEO owns 40% of the O/S, so pump and dumping would be bad for him as well.

Other facts. Since 2012 the O/S has only went up 13million shares. If there was a pump and dump performed by the company in 2013, the O/S does not reflect this. A/S has never changed from the original Articles of Incorporation of 2007. There has never been a reverse split, but has been 3 forward splits. Back to my earlier statement I have never seen a company keep a 90mill A/S since inception (9years), let alone never perform a Reverse split. This to me makes any "pump and dump" by the company seem ridiculous.
