all but the elite were much better off under Clinton.

The Hispannic/Latinos are quickly becoming the majority here in CA and I have no problem with that at all... do you? In fact I think it's a good thing. I don't like making generalizations but I find they are very family oriented and community oriented.

They will demand attention (i.e. money) be earmarked for them.

what does that mean?

In this country it has always been the case that if someone wants a better life, it requires individual effort.
