I just dont want to see anyone getting scammed! This market is full of con-artists. I believe ASUV is one of em. They would need an industrial facility to be in the business they state they are in. Instead they rent office space:

3rd Floor,
207 Regent Street,
London, United Kingdom

Also, if you go to there website every statement they make is "we plan" to do this and that.

example: "Harmonic will be the first fully integrated tire manufacturer and Tyrolysis™ recycling plant operator."

another example: "Harmonic currently plans for over 20 in the next 10 years."

Plans are great. I believe they "plan" to pump and dump, as they have in the past. Nice website, but no facility anywhere! Also try and find one of their tires for sale on the internet. You wont.

They are scammers. I searched high and low for a reason to invest, I really wanted in. I did not find one. If you know of any concrete evidence please forward to me. Again, I wish you the best of luck. I wanna see all of us do well. Get out, or hold the bag. Up to you.
