The above link in regard to merger of Red Giant and Glowdot shows very clearly that this is not a scam.

FOLIOENTERTAINMENT LLC is fully registered in FLORIDA.

We may have underestimated Benny.

I don't believe Glowdot would join forces with a sinking "scam" ship.

Somebody is doing this correctly----registering with state gives signs of transparency.
